    This is genuinely disturbing to me. I don’t know exactly why, but I am left with a sense where this thing dwells, there is no hope. I must turn away.

    Within Hopi religion, kachinas are used to represent the spiritual beings themselves, the dolls, and the people who dress as kachinas for ceremonial dances. The kachinas represent historical events and things in nature, and are used to educate children in the ways of life.

    I understood all the doll lore, but this one particular rendition of yours is a little too Hieronymus Bosch to relax around.
