Tom is the firm’s resident Design-o-Saur, which is appropriate given his 40+ year professional career in design, marketing and advertising.

Tom is a graduate of California State University, Chico, with bachelor degrees in both business and visual communications. He has also pursued advanced course work at Stanford University and through the Wizard Academy, an international school for accelerated education in business and the arts. He is a member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, and is past president and PAL member of the Active 20-30 Club #50 of Santa Rosa.
Anna has been with Armstrong Creates for 25 years. Her expertise is in design and managing client brands across a diverse range of marketing communications. Anna applies her boundless energy to detailed, thoughtful focus on achieving the client’s objectives. She is well known as a stickler for consistency and quality. Anna is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, with a B.S. in Design and has completed additional course work from California College of the Arts.
Terry has been with Armstrong Creates for nearly 20 years. A trained copy editor, she is expert at working with the client to achieve communications that are clear, effective and consistent. Thus, everyone has come to expect Terry to ask questions that probe for clear understanding of the situation and what is to be accomplished by the marketing effort. Her responsibilities also include management of some client’s advertising and media relations programs. Terry is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison earning a B.A. in Communications.
John has been with Armstrong Creates for over 12 years. He honed his skills in advertising design and production at regional weekly publications. John is also an independent screen writer and Indie film director and producer whose films have garnered national awards and international showings. His story telling talents are utilized with Armstrong Creates clients in the production of client videos, animations and advertising campaigns. John studied media and communications at Sonoma State University, Santa Rosa Junior College, and Academy of Art, San Francisco. He holds an A.A. degree.
Laura is the newest member joining Armstrong Creates in 2012. Laura brings the Millennial Generation’s perspective to the firm in addition to contributing up-to-date skills in web design, social media, illustration and graphic design. She is curious by nature and with a distinctive ability to translate processes and technical terms so as to assist team members and clients with understanding technology options and solutions. Laura is a graduate of California College of the Arts with a B.F.A in illustration.
Lia has been with Armstrong Creates for 15 years. In addition to her accounting and office management role, Lia is an active contributor to critiques of client projects. Her perspective as the “consummate consumer” is invaluable. Lia is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a B.A. in Environmental Design. She has completed additional course work in marketing and public relations.
